In our initial conversation, we'll gather information about your vision and customize a tablescape design that reflects your unique style and occasion.
While we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests subject to availability, we recommend booking your tablescape experience at least two weeks in advance. This allows us ample time to create the perfect setting and source any necessary décor elements. To guarantee your preferred date, especially around peak seasons, securing your reservation even earlier is advisable.
Currently, we can beautifully set the stage for events with up to 50 guests. If you have a larger group in mind, please contact us to discuss potential options and availability.
To reserve your chosen date, we require 50% deposit. This deposit serves as a confirmation of your booking and a security bond.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your tablescape experience, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your event date to receive a full refund, excluding any processing fees. Cancellations made within 7 days of event will receive 50% refund of the original picnic cost.
We offer charcuterie boards by Charcuterie Chic CLT as an add-on option.
We proudly serve the greater Charlotte area, including Mecklenburg County and surrounding counties (Cabarrus, Iredell, Gaston, Union, Chester, Lancaster, and York).
For locations outside of this area, we are happy to travel to create your special event. A flat fee or mileage cost will apply depending on the distance. Please contact us for a personalized quote for events outside our standard service area.
